The TLA700 Series logic analyzer contains color portable (TLA704) and color benchtop (TLA711) mainframes, logic analyzer modules and digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) modules.
The modular platform design allows users to configure instruments to meet individual needs.
Additionally, all modules and software are fully interchangeable between portable and benchtop mainframes.
Central to the TLA700 Series logic analyzer is the MagniVuTM acquisition technology, a super-fast digital sampler that enables 500-picosecond timing resolution and 200-MHz state analysis on all channels, at all times, simultaneously through a single probe.
The original design and functionality of the TLA700 Series Logic Analyzer focused on empowering the hardware developers and hardware/software integrators of the design team.
V2.0 software implements unprecedented high-level language (HLL) source-code support and performance analysis capabilities to meet the demanding needs of embedded software developers.
